Radius Retreat + Radium Hot Springs Centre Wedding: Kayla + Dylan

I was so excited when Kayla + Dylan asked me to photograph their wedding in Radium. My family camped in the Columbia Valley almost yearly growing up so I couldn’t wait to go back!

Their ceremony took place at the oh-so-beautiful Radius Retreat. This beautiful retreat centre offers a number of yurt style accommodations and over 1000 acres of property, including the most beautiful mountain meadow that Kayla + Dylan used for their ceremony space.

After the ceremony, we stayed close by for wedding party + newlywed portraits, making the most of the landscape around Radius Retreat. We then headed to a second location that I had scouted the day before which gave us beautiful views of the Columbia Valley. From there, we made our way to Radius Hot Springs Centre where guests gathered to eat, laugh, and celebrate well into the evening. The reception was a labour of love, with Kayla and Dylan’s family members putting together the meal for everyone to enjoy.

All in all, it was such a fun and laid back day and I was thrilled to have gotten to be part of it. Thank you Kayla + Dylan for inviting me to celebrate alongside you and your people!
