I get that having your picture taken brings up a flurry of anxieties - if you’re standing the right way, where to look and *FOR THE LOVE* what to do with your arms. But don’t worry - that’s where I come in. I’ll set you and your partner up so you know EXACTLY what to do, but I don’t stop there. I’ll ask you questions, get you talking to your partner, maybe play a little game or two so that eventually, you forget the camera is even there (because that’s where the real magic happens).

It’s 2024. I promise I’m not going to ask you to “fake laugh” for your photos.

Instead, I’ll use a combination of subtle direction, movement, and most importantly, a genuine interest about you as individuals + a couple. That paired with my 10 years of being a wedding photographer means that instead of photos that feel stiff, awkward and unnatural, you’ll end up with photos that not only capture how you looked, but how you felt.

From the moment we meet, I come ready to answer questions, brainstorm ideas and provide encouragement on how to make your dream wedding a reality.

I strongly believe that engagement sessions are a vital step to getting great photos on your wedding day. You’ll see that getting your picture taken doesn't have to suck, and I’ll get the chance to take note of how you and your partner interact with one another, so when it comes to your wedding day, you’ll get photos that feel that much more like you.

In the months leading up to your wedding I’ll be around to answer questions about your day, offer suggestions, provide vendor recommendations and help you create your perfect timeline so you spend your wedding day doing the things you love and skipping the things you don’t.
